In this video, I will show you How to make methi besan tikki at home.
You need to follow given steps:
1. First you need to take fresh methi leaves and wash it.
2. Chopped Methi into small pieces and mixed it all spices as you want to mix it.
3. You can add salt, turmaric, Ajwain(caromseed), green chills, chat massala, and black salt
4. Add a little water. mix it well.
5. switch on your gas chula, put pan add oil in it.
6. put your tikki on it, make sure oil is not be too hot.
7. Serve the methi tiki with chutney or Curd(Dahi)
