Yes Steph! Fortunately I had extended visitation with my 2 sons and we built many memories in the kitchen. We competed in chili cookoffs, fed the homeless, tried many cuisines, etc, etc. I love where your heart is.

@viewsontheroad I’ve gotta make this soon 😂. Could you use any chili powder? I think I have ancho chili powder & McCormick chili powder. I bought some tomatillo seeds to plant this summer. I’m hoping they turn out good. I have some canned green enchilada sauce, but I’m not sure what to make with it. I’ve thought about enchiladas or making birria chicken tacos 🤔🤷♀️
Go with the Ancho Chile powder 3 TBSP! The canned green chile is great for chilaquiles, enchiladas and any protein 🫶🏽 love your idea of using it for Birria!
I've watched so many of these videos now that I'm mostly looking for ideas that I can integrate into other dishes. That pressure cooked chicken looks sooo good. I'm going to make that same thing, but add the chicken (and cheese) inside of chili rellenos. THEN I'm going to put beans on a large tortilla (like in this video) and wrap the chili relleno in it. BAM! It's only Tuesday and I already know what I'm making this weekend.
@@Viewsontheroad Maybe when I have kids I will be! 😁 You could make a crunch wrap chili relleno. You could use this chicken in a leftover tortilla soup. So many ideas! You could even put that shredded chicken on a pizza. I'd make it a white pizza with jalapenos and ricotta.
