Handmade is the only way to keep thek.hanging straight and not coiling. This is why ppl hand make cuban links without a 3D printer wax file. And why hand made costs more besides labor time. It's just makes the peoce authentic and "real" if it hangs straight.

You could technically send it through a rolling mill but you’d either have to have one yourself or pay someone who has it. I doubt this is possible with anything except solid chains.

@Online Empires So you can completely melt the wax resin in the casting with the melted gold?

@@audiodawgz4260 you should watch videos on “lost wax casting” so what you do is you buy the 3d printing file called a “CAD” then you can either pay someone of buy a 3d printer and 3d print the file using resin has to be wax resin then you pay a jewellery casting service somewhere where you live called investment casting which is a liquid powder kinda like chalk if you crushed it up and mixed it with water, but once that powder is hardened they then burn the wax out over 10-12 hours and then fill the metal you wish it to be casted it like gold or silver etc Watch all his videos and listen carefully to properly understand stuff and then research those terms he uses

@@SlavaTVOfficial I found a bench jeweler I’m going to ask him about getting Cubans casted and busting them down I have a 500 g 1 of my friends paid 20k to bust his 520g so I really need info on bust down locks for ropes and Cubans prong setting I’ve been up and down 47th diamond district nyc any advice help plz but also thank u on the gems u dropping just need a lil bit more info

Solid gold won’t be anywhere near $7 a gram. Sterling, should be cheaper from a real manufacturer

Poweressins is a way better resin especially for detailed pieces, but links don’t have a lot of detail so if you’re doing links this resin is a lot cheaper and will work
