How to make Milk Tea Pudding|Pudding Recipe
「Ingredients」Caramel
40g Granulated sugar
15ml Water (1tbsp)
30ml Hot water (2tbsp)

50g Granulated sugar
280ml Milk
15g Tea leaves (1tbsp)
※200ml pudding cup (3pieces)
「How to make」 Caramel
1. Put the granulated sugar and water in a pot, put it on medium heat and wait until the caramel becomes colored.
2. Add hot water when caramelized. It boiled at once and the caramel was completed.

1. Put milk, granulated sugar and tea leaves in a pan and warm to 80℃.
2. Put the eggs in a bowl and mix gently.
