How to make Milk Tea Pudding|Pudding Recipe
「Ingredients」Caramel
40g Granulated sugar
15ml Water (1tbsp)
30ml Hot water (2tbsp)
「Ingredients」Pudding
2 Egg
2 Egg yolk
50g Granulated sugar
280ml Milk
15g Tea leaves (1tbsp)
※200ml pudding cup (3pieces)
「How to make」 Caramel
1. Put the granulated sugar and water in a pot, put it on medium heat and wait until the caramel becomes colored.
2. Add hot water when caramelized. It boiled at once and the caramel was completed.
3. Put the resulting caramel in a cup.
「How to make」 Pudding
1. Put milk, granulated sugar and tea leaves in a pan and warm to 80℃.
2. Put the eggs in a bowl and mix gently.
3. Add ① to the mixed egg and mix gently.
4. Strain the mixture with a strainer, put in a cup with caramel, and cover with aluminum foil.
5. Put the cup in the vat and add hot water.
6. Bake at 140℃ and 140℃ for 30 minutes.
7. Take out of the oven and confirm that it is hardened.
8. Remove the crude heat and cool in the refrigerator for about 8 hours to complete.

I put it in the fridge after it cooled down, but after more than 10 hours it's still not hardened (still in liquid form). Is it supposed to harden in the oven? Can pls advise? Thanks!

@@ChouchouCuisine I found out the reason: My oven wasn't hot enough so I had to increase the temp and cook for like 40min instead of 30min. It turned out well on my 2nd attempt. It tastes really yummy, thanks for the video!

I recommend a direct hot water bath. The homemade custard pudding does not use an oven, so please watch it for reference.
