This method is better imo. Buy 625 A.Simmons/V.Oladipo for 2.5mil(4k each). Recycle them for 24x625(15000 tokens). Use the tokens to redeem for 30 star tickets, pull for a guaranteed legendary.(4/13 roughly 31% for Tatum,Dame,Booker or Embiid.) Its 69% for a valuable legendary that you can potentially sell for 5mil.
In my server they are 9k but i found that for 36 fragments,only cost 1k more which is issac 73 ovr and i bough alot of him and recycle(tryna get more money) but the method has its own downside too
