Great video! Couple of questions - 1. What brand dosing cup do you use? Am looking for a similar one to directly fill the 51mm portafilter basket.. 2. Do you recommend a specific portafilter and portafilter basket for 2 shots..I got mine from Amazon but thinking I’ll get better shots with something that’s standardized..

Hi there, amazing video.. I have the same coffee machine but I can’t get any good coffee..the only one it tastes like a bar it’s Lavazza rosso. I don’t have a coffee grinder..do you thinks it that the problem?I bought the bottomless portafilter but it doesn’t look like yours PS sorry for my English

Absolutely ! A good grinder is much more important than the espresso machine. I recommend you the JX-Pro (manual grinder) around 150€ ;-)

Fresh beans and a good grinder will be a game changer. The pressurized basket that comes with the unit works with pre-ground coffee, but you will have to find a 51mm open basket to up your game with a grinder. The JXPro hand grinder by 1Zpresso is an affordable one, and very well made.

Hi I like your video very much, and recently my wife has bought De'longhi EC685.R coffee machine, and we would like to buy a new coffee tamper for the default filter-holder come with our coffee machine, but I am confused which diameter should I choose, 49mm or 51mm ? Would you let me know which one you are using ? Any brand you recommend? Thanks a lot!

I have the same steam wand as his and trust me if I didn't really really really really want to practice on latte art I would've not done because it takes a lot of time with a huge chance of breaking something inside the machine with a lot of screws to unscrew and screw back again and with tubes to remove and put back again.in short explanation you need to remove the whole machine from the cover put replace the steamwand and put it back inside again. And it took me 4 hours to do it.
