MOK PA ( STEAMED FISH )
INGREDIENTS:
1 Catfish nuggets, or fish of your choice
2 Dill
3 Green onion
4 Chili
5 Shallot
6 Lemongrass
7 Banana leafs
8 Soaked sticky rice
9 Fermented fish sauce
10 Msg
Serve with sticky rice and vegetables.

Yes, you can omit the fermented fish sauce and just do salt and fish sauce.
