Here are the ingredients for today’s Recipe:
Ingredients:
To Make Tomato Sauce
10 Fresh Tomatoes
2 Red Bell Peppers
1 Large Onion
To season & Steam Meat
2 Thumb Size Ginger
3 Garlic Cloves
1/2 of a Large Onion
1/4tsp Cloves
1/2tsp Aniseed
1tbsp Rosemary
All Purpose Seasoning
Salt
I used Beef, Cow Foot, Cow Tripe & Wele
Additional Ingredients For Stew
Palm Oil or Oil of choice
1/2 Large Onion
1-2 Habanero Peppers
Shrimp Powder
Thyme Powder
Anise Powder

I’ve seen that in some of your videos you use a green blended frozen spice, is it basically épices verde ? Or it’s a different blend of herbs ? If it is, is there a video on your channel where you make it?
