You need to buy some wooden spoon I love your vids I have made your rice and i am not kidding you i have try about 8 to 10 recipes and i will forever make yours. It is the closest to what you get at a Mexican restaurant.
Love your cooking. I usually use that mole to make enchiladas I just make don’t make it that thick. I love the idea of adding the Chile’s you used to make Mole great idea. Hope you make more videos you give great instructions. I will be making the Mole next week like you recommended. Thank you
This is real food ! Not the ones that add cheese and Chile to every taco. I just love the north side of the border Mexican food with tortillas de harina rice and beans as sides to every meal. Breakfast tacos, papas con chorizo with tortillas de harina, bacon and eggs tacos. Tortillas de harina with beans and chorizo tacos. I just love my Mexican American culture! That includes all American cuisine.
Trust me sometimes I make mine way to spicy and my Kidz tell me if im trying to burn a hole in their tummys!!!! That's why I write down what I do so if I get a complaint I know how I can fix it!
