1 Bowl cooked bashmoti rice
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup sliced carrots, broccoli,babycorn,chinese cabbage,french beans and bok choy.
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pic dry red chilli
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon hosin sauce
1and1/2 teaspoon schezwan sauce
1/2 teaspoon aromat powder
Salt and pepper to taste
