The Engineer who *designed* these helmets and the production method is a GENIUS. It's an incredibly complex job, lots of completely different manufacturing steps (which are not shown) to get all elements used in final assembly. We are shown the fiberglass shell molding but not how the fabric sleeve, straps, foam pads, transparent visor, etc. are made. Incredible. Much respect from an Industrial Engineer.

Not much protection.sure wouldn't cut it here in the states...i think the layer of paint and the clearcoat is thicker than the helmet.
