How to make mung bean rice - easy tasty recipe.

Today I'm preparing a rice dish again :). A very simple quick recipe. If you need variety and like to eat rice very often, the rice recipe would be super easy to cook!
The recipe for mung bean rice:
2 to 3 cups of rice (depending on the number of people)
1 cup of mung beans
2 fried onions
3 to 4 potatoes
Spices: turmeric, chilli or pepper, salt, dill
Oil for frying
4.5 cups of hot water
Preparation:
Wash the mung beans and cook until they are firm to the bite.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes, put oil in a saucepan and fry, add turmeric, pepper or chilli. Add fried onions, dill, mung beans. Wash rice thoroughly and soak for up to 2 hours. Add. Add 4.5 cups of hot water, boil until the water has completely evaporated. Cover the lid with a cotton cloth or napkin paper and let it steam over low heat for about 30 minutes.
Then serve and enjoy
