Narutomaki is a topping, not a dish on its own, so I like to make mine salty, but you can adjust the amount of salt you put into it.
It's really easy to make and all ingredients are rather easy to get(-price wise (I guess)(I hope))
all it takes is:
-about 200gr of white fish
-1 teaspoon of Mirin(do not use something else)
-1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
Optional:
-less than 1 teaspoon of Dashi or 1 teaspoon of Bonito flakes.
it's really simple, so go on, make it....
Oh! some people add flour to it, but that's RUBBISH(inmyBook,soToSpeakJeje)... Narutomaki is yummy and full of protein
