Thanks! I was up late last night making your jellof rice, moimoi (again) and fried Egusi. Was rather proud of myself. I'll have to keep practicing with the rice but everything else tasted so good. I'm planning on making meatpies since I'll be stuck in the house all weekend from snow storms. You're amazing, thanks!

That was well explained ,last month I registered for a short course ,pastry and bakery. Meat pie was one of the items we made. At first it gave me problems on how to make it but later on I made it .I'm so proud of you because you demonstrated it well and now I can do it well without fear... Thanks

+CHRISTIAN CHUKWUMA, hi for 10 cups of flour, you'll need 6 sticks of margerine or 679g of margerine, 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and if you want a the water quantity will depend but I would sprinkle the water on the flour to mix and once you get a smooth kind of dough the pie should come out good. thanks

Nne, I tried this recipe it was the bomb. I have been using butter and my dough was always very hard to roll out. This is the first time I had dough that was easy to roll. Nne oga-adiri gi na Nna.

Thank you so much for this video. i made a batch of meat pie yesterday and it turned out great. But I think the recipe for the filling was too much for the recipe for the flour. I had a lot left over with i can use for some other batch, anyway. Also, I cooked it for about 35 mins and it nearly got burnt, so I think I will try between 25-30 mins next time I cant take all the credit though, my husband was super helpful. Thanks a lot!!!

Anita Igberaese Yes, the length of time you will bake it depends on the type of oven. That's why I said when it browns. The filling was too much? I hope you were not stingy with it. lol

Hey my sis... u r always my go to sister in youtube. I am a foodnista and great at cooking. I completely loved this recipe from the very first video. Although, it wasnt a success at first try, I definitely knew what my mistake were... e.g. didn't use enough water as I went with the stated water then etc.. in summary, thanks for ur recipes. Furthermore, do u have a twitter account? I would love to make RU-vid videos but I need help with hiw u film, n edit ur video? I tried searching RU-vid for this but dont have the one on food recipes.I would really appreciate if u reply to this and hopefully we can be youtube friend. Biko nwannem oma.

violet nwaefulu recording cooking videos is the same as recording any other video. Point the camera to your subject (in this case the pot) and start recording. You will need a tripod to hold the camera. Then edit the video when you are done. You will see lots of tutorials on RU-vid on how to edit videos with various editing software. :)I'm no expert in this dear. I'm still learning so I don't qualify to teach other people. :) I learn everything I do here on RU-vid! Have fun making those videos!

violet nwaefulu I started with Windows Live Moviemaker. You can get a lot done with it but it is quite limited. I now use Sony Vegas Pro 12.
