@@zozolka well, you can try to use corn syrup or regular sugar instead of glucose syrup (I never tried it by myself in this recipe). Let me know the result👌🏻. It should not affect the final texture/shape but it definitely affects the level of sweetness (glucose syrup - less sweet than corn syrup or sugar).

The cake was similar to a Rubik's cube but in different shapes instead of just cubes. The pea flower and pistachio mousse was amazing. And all the flavored jellies I found here were an amazing taste experience. You're genious! I worked hard, and it was the first time in my life, but it was worth it 😍 I will be looking forward to your pina colada-flavored wonders.
