You can use white whipping cream if it has good consistency that holds its shape after whipping, this depends on which brand you are using. You should keep the cake in the fridge. As for colors, when using many colors together with whipping cream, after a while (the next day) the colors tend to stain each other, especialy when using colored cream on white base, you should be aware of this

For filling 750 ml whipping cream For decoration it took about 1 kg of italian buttercream I used double this recipe 👇 400 g butter 5 egg whites 1/3 cup water 1 cup sugar I always prefer to do more buttercream so that I will not face shortage in icing while decorating 🙂 the leftover always can be used later
