I love my instant pot and with the air fryer option, it’s the complete package. Loved Deddy’s Jamaicanized ramen twist. 😍Those oxtails looked sooooo mouthwatering! 😋I was thinking to add veggies that match our coleslaw to finish it off. 😉 Blessings to all. P.S. That looks soooo good!!! And the taste test at the end makes me want to try it. I like the Japanese inspiration of the ramen with the taste of Jamaican. Hi !! Daddy's Kitchen good morning Happy Monday. Wow this is amazing romaine ox tails this looks delicious 😋 Yes it doesn't have to be Japanese style you can make it in your own way . Romaine can be made different kind of ways and you can use different kind of meat. I will definitely give this recipe a try . I have a pressure cooker so this is perfect. I have an instant pot/w/ air fryer attachment. It doubles as pressure cooker and Airfryer and I love it. It cooks much faster than the traditional cooktop method. I love Deddy's cooking techniques, I don't use measuring utensils unless its positively necessary. Deddy has made me an awesome cook following his recipes. Deddy and Sasha seem to have so much fun in the kitchen, I can feel the love. May the GOD of our salvation continue to bless you and your family!!!!

The time doesn’t begin in my he pot until the pressure builds up. So safe bc the top cannot be opened until all pressure is out & the button in the top of pot, drops. I love you guys’ whole family. God continue to bless you.

I looked up Deddy's comment and found the following on Reddit. "The yolk of an egg is referred to as the “red” of the egg in areas of Jamaica. To be inna de [ or ] in the red" is to be in the middle or center ..." I don't know that I have ever heard this saying before.
