After cutting the bead off both ends of the remaining cord, are you heat fusing, or super-gluing the cut ends on the beads, to prevent fraying?

all these videos show how to do these knots, none of them show how to finish them. I'm tying it out of leather I need to know how to finish these knots so that it doesn't come undone or look ridiculous
