She's from my city.. Bari Vecchia, Puglia, Italy. I saw her making orecchiette for my first time more than 20 years ago but the funny things it's that she's not the only one! There are so many Pasta Master in that streets 🤗

I learned this from my great granny, who learned from her dad. I make the same shape on the tip of a knife. I am proud to make pasta by hand and keep our ways alive.

I hope they keep these traditions alive for 1,000s of years in Italy. I've tried Evan's Mezze Rigatoni Alla Carbonara, polpette di manzo, Nduja pizza. INCREDIBLE that you guys eat like this, this food makes me want to cry haha.

Finally someone recognized it! That lady is my mother-in-law's identical twin..personality too.. there is some Italian gene that creates that exact woman over and over and I much rather buy her pasta... from a nice safe distance
