I have a pricing question! I do embroidery as well. My customer wants a patches done for dad hats. The stitch count Is between 9000 and 10000. Of course I am using twill patch and adhesive backing plus I am using my hat press to adhesive the patch on. She only wants 5 to 6 hats done. I charge $1 per 1000 stitches. I just need to be pointed into the right direction. Should I charge for my time too or just the $1 per 1000 stitches. I’m sure every embroidery does theirs differently, but I just want to learn more concerning pricing.
