Really cool concept that you could take to so many projects! I think it would look great as a liner on a wooden box. I’m not sure which pattern was my favorite...they were both really cool!

I don't see why not! I would use thin leather as the backing so it rolls up easier, maybe 2-2.5oz leather. You could also just use a canvas backing like I did here which I bet would work as well.
