lime juice - 20 ml
Orange liquer - 20ml
Gin dry - 60 ml
Angostura bitter - 1 dash
Angostura orange bitter - 1 dash
Shake fine strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange peel and. Salute!;)

Lovely cocktail! Personally I like mine slightly sweeter, so I do like 30ml orange liquor and 20 lime juice. Both are great.

Great video as always, thank you - May I ask why you rarely use the star-shaped water jet to wash out the inside of mixing utensils? You don't seem to use it most of the time but then do at other times, I'm wondering why.
