The world was very different one year ago when this video was made; so much has changed since then, but what makes this video outstanding is the solid foundation upon which it was built. Unshakeable! Recycling, composting, farming, and gardening all come together deliciously in the recipes and dishes featured in this post!👍 The settings highlighted in this video are reminiscent of a Botanical Garden that would make for a perfect Green Market or Farmers Market!✨ Farm to Table indeed, and food doesn't get fresher and more ORGANIC than this! 👏 Now for a little something to contextualize some of the content that was shared. The SCOTCH BONNET PEPPER got it's name because the colours of the peppers resemble the Scottish tam o' shanter bonnet! These peppers, and actually a lot of Trinidad's Cultural Heritage can be traced back to the WESTERN AMAZON BASIN, now called Brazil, were passed down to Trinidadians via our Amerindian Arawak Foreparents from the South American Mainland. The hearty COW HEEL or COW FOOT or COW TROTTER SOUP came from our Exotic Mix of Asian, African, French, and Latin American Cuisines, and is a DELICACY that no Foreigner should miss when visiting Trinidad. In closing, I'd like to applaud the maker of this video who obviously has exceptional talent in cooking and videography!👏✨👍🎈 Keep on keeping on, and continue to build upon this solid foundation that can weather any storm. 🌈

@@ellisfoodandmore6008 you have a beautiful family, I love to cook also when I tell u love I mean love , thanks for explaining and showing your beautiful trinidad. And taking us around, love to visit when I come to Tnt
Beautiful family. Your pepper sauce look awesome. Just wanted to know because of putting the onion in it do you have to keep it refrigerated. What is the shelf life if you were to leave it outside. I know onions tend to spoil food faster than normal if left outside too long. God bless you and your family I like the way in which you prepare your things before cooking . Hygiene and cleanliness does count for me a lot and I like how you handle it. That soup is mouthwatering perfect
Well since i made that to now, has been three weeks and it's doing well outisde if the fridge. But, we make sure that a clean dry spoon is also used. Cross contamination with other food particles will spoil it.
Another amazing video. I make my pepper sauce similar however I don't use mustard and oregano. I am curious and will try. I use lime juice combined with white vinegar and blend together the peels from two limes. I then pour in reclaimed Nescafe coffee bottles and stage them in the sun for a couple days before adding it to food. I am looking forward to seeing your cowheel soup video. Continue to keep it real and do stay safe.
I see you want to have your oregano full out? Mommy said , vent full moon trim it to how you want it to be and it will FULL out like the moon, lol but serious😊
Cerranos actually. I realized as they grew bigger after thus vid was made. Also. What we thought were bell peppers are actually the pablanos. Can't wait to try them out and share with you guys.
