I used all purpose on this one but ideally Gram Flour is called for the recipe . I enjoy with either depending on what i have lol. They were really good you def should try it work with what you have

It is Batter not BUTTER . Flour and water can be mixed together to produce a thickener, a paste or a batter. Perhaps Googling the difference between Dough and Batter would be a great start.
