Ingredients:-
For the Kanda Bhajiyas:-
Onions, thinly sliced
1 bowl Gram Flour
Green Chillies
1 tsp. Coriander seeds, crushed
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tsp. Red chilli powder
1 tsp. Carom seeds
½ tsp. Asafoetida
2 tsp. Rice flour
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
For the Aloo and Mirchi Bhajiyas:-
Potatoes, thinly sliced
Bhavnagari Green Chillies, slit
Green chillies, thinly sliced
1 bowl Gram Flour
2 tsp. Rice flour
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tsp. Red chilli powder
1½ tsp. Fennel seeds
Salt to taste
Water
Oil for frying
Method:-
Kanda Bhajiya:-
- In a bowl, mix the batter ingredients and sliced onion without water and fry in oil until crisp and golden brown.
Aloo and Mirchi Bhajiya:-
- In a bowl, mix the batter ingredients with water.
- Dip the sliced potatoes in the batter and fry until golden brown.
- Same way, fry the slit chillies by dipping them in the batter until crisp.
Bhajia Platter is ready to eat! HAPPY COOKING!!!

Reminiscing on my childhood memories eating potato bhajia which is a great treat instead of ordering french fries in Nairobi, Kenya. Other Indian cuisine recipes Kenyans make include chapatti, pilau, curries, moong dal, Chai, etc This is one cuisine, one couldn't exhaust but aim to perfect lol

You tried it but average, mirchi are failed, aloo bajiya are still need some fry, problem is in 2nd part batter is thin it needs to be more thicker

अति सुंदर . पुण्यात एका ठिकाणी जो साबुदाणा वडा मिळतो तो पुरी सारखा फुगलेला असतो.तो दोनदा तळतात.मी घरी प्रयोग केला पण साबुदाणा वडा तसा फुगत नाही. आपण करून दाखवाल का?

For mirchi bajias the batter was thin and allo bajias was yellow and was not cooked like onion bajias
