Super simple pie crust recipe that even a beginner can do!

EASY PIE CRUST
1 1/2 cups butter flavored shortening
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2-3/4 cup cold water
Cut shortening into flour using a pastry cutter, fork, or your fingers until shortening is light and fluffy and crumbled into pea size pieces.
Sprinkle salt on top of crumble mixture.
Add 1/2-3/4 cup cold water and mix until combined and dough firms into a ball. Add more water if too dry, or more flour if too wet.
Recipe is enough to make a two crust pie.
