How to make Pistachio Cake at home | Very moist Pistachio Cake Recipe
Easy homemade pistachio cake.
Ingredients:
2 medium eggs
130 grams of sugar
60 grams of yogurt
125 grams of soft butter ( I have used stork)
130 grams of self raising flour
30 grams of cornstarch
about 1 tsp of vanilla extract or Orange zest
1/2 cup of roasted and crushed pistachios
You don't see in the video but I haver added 2 tsp of baking powder too
For the icing
1 cup of icing sugar
1 to 1 and 1/2 tbsp of milk ( all depend on the consistence that you're trying to achieve
