Made this today. I stumbled upon this recipe after looking at another program on RU-vid. I live in Trinidad and Tobago, W.I. & we have numerous international & local pizza chains. I was always intimidated by making my own pizza since it's not hard to go out and get a really good pizza at a reasonable price. However, we are in lockdown at the moment & since I thought this looks easy enough; I said why not 🤔 Well I surprised myself & everyone who ate it; only compliments. The crust was perfect; light & crusty. It was tasty, delicious 😋. Now you have given me added work 😃. Your discourse, tips & directions were explicit; thanks so I'll stick with this recipe; PERFECT! Yummy yummy, your dough was super strechy and that's so perfect. I always glaze the top of the dough with olive oil before spreading my sauce as l love good spread of the sauce. The oil will prevent the dough from becoming soggy as you stated . That scotch bonnet fear me small. I will stick to my red and green ball pepper. Thank you for the recipe.

Love the way you give us the actual names of condiments. It's from your channel I learnt that "shaki" is tripe, and that "suya pepper" is Yaji pepper. Keep it up!
