Meaty and juicy plantain lasagna to have anytime of the day!
3 ripe plantains
1 onion
2 bell peppers
600g minced meat
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon ginger
1 chicken cube
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon curry
400g pasta sauce
2 salted eggs
Mozzarella and cheddar cheese
Bake in the oven at 170 for 25 minutes
Oil for frying -Carotino oil (Red palm fruit and rapeseed oil)
My baking tray measurement -30cm by 21cm
