The easiest way to cook fish is to cook it whole and in this video, I will show you how to make this delicious grilled fish in the oven.
I used a variety of fish including Sea Bream and Mackerel for this recipe.
Serve this on its own as a meal or pair this with some potatoes or rice and enjoy.
INGREDIENTS
Sea Bream, Mackerel, Scaled and Gutted and Cleaned
1 Bell Pepper
2 Paprika Peppers
2 pieces Ginger
4 cloves Garlic
2 Shallots
2 tsp Pink Salt
2 Bouillon Cubes
3 tbsp Cooking Oil
2 Bayleafs
I Tsp Thyme
I Fresh rosemary stem
1 Fresh Onion and Tomato for Garnish
Set Oven to Grill and Bake for 45 minutes

0:11 Wash Fish till Clean
0:21 Chop Red Bell Peppers, Shallots, Ginger and Garlic and Blend
0:50 Pat Fish Dry with Kitchen roll and lay on Baking Pan
2:21 Rub Blended Sauce all over the fish
3:00 Bake in oven until cooked
3:13 Remove from oven
3:28 Serve the fish
3:40 Garnish with fresh onions and tomatoes and enjoy!
