1 paprika pepper/bell pepper

Thank you for the recipe, looks so delicious😋 going to try it! Just a tip, when using plastic materials be very careful not to heat to high temperatures. The plastic leaches chemicals to your food and the air. I worked as an engineer with fluoroplolymers for 5 plus years....opened my eyes to what we are exposed to.

Plastics are bad for you. I avoid plastics if I can. Causes breast cancer, fibroid, endometriosis and so many other hormone sensitive diseases. Great video overall.

U will have different taste if u use rice flour. Use regular unripe plantain instead. Just boil and blend then mix with ripe plantain

In her list of ingredients it says, plantain flour or corn meal. I think you need that to help create that moi moi texture that you get with beans or bean flour.
