Oh my goodness everyday great new tips never saw nor eat plantain puff puff. After frying golden brown color one can not even tell if plantain is in it I can imagine the taste with all the spices 😋
The plantain puff puff looks really good. Adding the ginger will really elevates the flavor. I think I prefer the ice cream scoop it give it the perfect shape 👌
