I love eating pomegranates. I've never heard of making molasses with it. But it's something I will be trying. I can think of many ways to use it. Thank you for making this video. Did you say how much juice to put in? I got 1 cup sugar and 1/2 cup lemon juice, but I didn’t catch the juice amount.

Co-incidence.... late yesterday I was mixing dark brown molasses sugar, and made a second batch using pomegranate molasses! [Edit] -- oh, and your camera-person needs to make sure the light source is behind the camera.... the light coming from the front makes the picture blow out.

That's quite a coincidence! How funny... great minds must think alike 😊 Thanks for the advice about the camera, I realized this mistake as soon as I got to reviewing the footage. Next time it won't be as bright!
