How to Make Portuguese Egg Tarts (with from scratch Puff Pastry!!!)

Portuguese are seriously one of the best things you'll ever have! Make them today! There's no way you'll be able to find these beauties here in the States so make them in your home! :)
Ingredients (makes 6 egg tarts):
- 12g (approx 1 tbsp) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- pinch of salt
- 65g (4 - 5 tbsps) water, cold
- 80g (5 tbsps) unsalted butter, cold (for butter slab)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsps white granulated sugar
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) milk
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) heavy cream
BAKE at 425F for 25 min; bake addtional 2-3 min at very top rack of oven IF you prefer the tops to be browned and caramelized!
Tips + Notes:
- Butter slab/square (to be folded into dough): 1/8" thick x 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" square
- Dough should be larger than butter slab
- Butter slab placed in a diamond shape
- Always roll out dough facing you vertically
- Folding: 3 x 4 x 3 x 4 x 3 x 4
