Hi sis thanks for the recipe! I’m wondering if it’d 15 or 25 g of butter in the bread mix? Vdo says 15 and description box says 25g. Either way, I already put in 25 g 😂 ❤
This recipe is so delicious I increased the ingredients ×5 and used a large ceramic pie pan. I cooked it until the top was toasty. i checked it after 35 minutes, and I added minutes 5 minutes at a time until the top was brown to my liking.
This blueberry 🫐 crumble looks delightful, but the berries l have in my refrigerator don’t taste very sweet. It’s not quite the season yet since we’re just approaching the end of March.
Thanks for sharing. I’ve been using your recipe for months now. It’s a keeper! Question is, can I ferment the dough (1st rise) overnight in the fridge? Thanks again
Glad to hear that the recipe came out well! I haven't tried fermenting the dough overnight but I've seen other recipes use that method so I think it would work
I made these today and they came out great. I did made some small changes to the recipe, I reduced the total eggs used to 1 by using half for bread half for topping. I also added some bicarbonate soda to make the topping more biscuit like. Not sure if it would have been different but I'll make it again this weekend.
Made these for the Danel fast using whole wheat flour and I added some 100% organic date sugar (dried ground dates) and left out the leveling agent (baking soda).
