Ingredients:
Zucchini 1 pc
Potatoes 3 pcs
Onion 1 pc
Egg 1 pc
Cottage cheese 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Dill 3 sprigs
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper
For the sauce:
Natural yogurt 150g
Cucumber 2 pcs
Garlic 2 cloves
Method of cooking:
-Peel and grate the vegetables.
-Add chopped herbs, egg, cottage cheese, flour, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.
Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil and fry on both sides until golden brown.
-Sauce: Peel and grate cucumbers, squeeze out the juice, add yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and oil, season with salt and pepper.
