Traditional Potato Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 lb potatoes, diced into pieces and boiled
- 6 green onions, diced
- 8 slices of bacon, cut into cubes, fried
- For the dressing:
.¾ cup mayo
.½ cup sour cream
.Salt and pepper to taste
.½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions:
1. Boil your potatoes in salted boiling water for 20-25 minutes.
2. Transfer the boiled potatoes into a bowl and stir in the cooked bacon and
diced spring onions.
3. To make the dressing in a bowl mix the mayo, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste and smoked paprika.
4. Mix everything until it’s combined and serve to enjoy as a side dish to your Thanksgiving menu.
