Why wouldn't you cook your sausage, remove it from the pan, and then add your veggies? That way you're infusing your veggies with the sausage flavor. After that, I'd remove the veggies and cook my potatoes in the same pan...once again...you get the flavor of what you've already cooked in the pot. You're layering your flavors that way and you're only using one pan to cook everything.

I truly love your videos! I am now 60 years old and your food and voice remind me of a neighbor from my childhood. I grew up in a ranching area and we depended on each other so we would often have the neighbor for dinner and vise versa. Her unique type of cooking was outstanding and she had a heart bigger than the state!!!

I watched your potatoes and sausage video and l could hardly wait to try that recipe because it was mouth watering that l know it will be a great meal either for breakfast lunch or dinner. I have never watched any chef that is so organized in showing their ingredients, your voice is out of this world, one can understand everything you explaining. Me too. But when pot&onions are done, fry a couple eggs on top along with some sliced tomatoes! Talk about fantastic! Great for breakfast, lunch, supper or midnight mean. Much love to us food lovers! Why is it we are all accomplished cooks, yet we watch these programs? Can anyone explain that?
