I Love You all, and after watching the old version of this recipe/video let me tell you that I’m very proud of how much we have improved! This is the same recipe I just changed the meat and method of cooking, tbh this is the best pozole I have ever made/ tasted , I can’t find any way to make it any better 🙈 I know a lot of you have tried it based on old video, we cut down on a lot of unneeded clips, straight to the point 😊💕 thank you so much for being part of my family and for allowing me to be part of YOURS!!!
Ruby Toledo as far as the original version, I suppose it would depend on how many family members you have, and which ones you want to make a part of the recipe.

I am African American and I love me some pozole. But I hate bothering my hermanas to make it for me. Please believe me when I say you spoke to my heart and motivated me into making this dish. It was VERY easy for me to make, and it was so delicious…I even cried a little. All of the girls were impressed! Thanks honey!! 😘😘😘
We are crackers. but we prefer tostadas lol. best recipe for pasole and every other hispanic cooking. I usually fall asleep listening to her beautiful voice. wake ups and try again.
When I make my chile for the posole, I use some of the garlic and some of the onion that's already been cooking with the meat, this way it's more flavorful and doesn't all go to waste 🙂

I made this yesterday and used pork chops because that’s all I could find at the store. This is by far some of the best pozole I’ve eaten! The only thing I might change is making the Chile mix a little hotter! Thank you!!!! This was the first time making pozole for me. Glad it it turned out great!

This is the best recipe ever! There’s so many different pozole recipes out there, but this is hands down the simplest and most flavorful pozole I’ve ever had! I’ve made this twice already! I switched it up a little bit but using a bone in pork shoulder and adding about 4 more Chile de Arbol. Thank you!!

Girllllll!!! I just made this today ... initially I thought it was going to be spicy (I did not use the chiles de árbol). I was coughing when I was making the red sauce and I also tasted it (my mouth was tingling. Lol) So I send a quick text to my sister and ask her what chili pods she uses for her pozole (she uses California chili pods). I was so close to discarding what I made (tour recipe) and I said f*** it let me try it out -i need to clear my sinuses anyway. I’m so happy I did! Girl, this was so bomb! I only used pork butt, it was all I had, and I still came out so good. I told my sister she needed to use this recipe next time she made some. Thanks for sharing boo thang!!!

*TIP* When you want to shred meat faster use a hand mixer to shred meat in a bowl or use a standing mixer. So much easier especially if you’re shredding a lot of meat at once! Love you girl! Thank you for your recipes!

Hi Claudia, pozole looks great but don’t burn your fingers shredding meat. Put meat in your stand mixer (with paddle attachment) and mix at low setting and it shreds your meat/chicken perfectly!
