Does the pressing change/improve the texture of the bread. Does it improve the excessiveness doughiness of sandwich. Also does like that method of making Cubanos in a panini make the bread taste crispier and less intrusive

wow people are so rude! I think she isn't giving us the bread recipe because of the initial comments by some solid assholes. This tasted so good! Of course I had to add more spicy ingredients for my palate (From Sri Lanka so I need a lot of spice hehe)
valley2118 I would definitely substitute the D-Link (Foccoccia bread) with the appropriate bread (Ciabotta) it holds up to the oil, and doesn't get soggy! 😉
