This is so yummy. My coworker used to bring some to me and I used to love them. Now I can my follow this recipe. Thank you for sharing this recipe with meme. I will sure try it.
I’m so blessed to have come across your voice clip! My friends son brought some back the other day & I was shocked that it cost over $25 for a small box! The 1st time I tried them my big brother & I & his wife were returning from Montréal in December & wow I was in happy land! Btw… you are so soft spoken, clear, very easy to understand & the way you add encouraging remarks is wonderful! Gods limitless blessings I pray 🤗… I’m a little’ol Italian momma chef 💃🏼🇮🇹👩🏼🍳🤣🥂💯
You left me feeling like a magician on this one. I enjoyed slaping the dough just as much as I enjoyed bitting into the puffpuff which had a slightly crunchy exterior but super soft and chewy interior. Thanks for sharing ❤️
Phenomenal job Sis.. 👏🏽 You did that I absolutely loved your Technique for forming the Puff Balls and your hands on approach, I just watched another Channel b4 I came to yours and they used a Baller Scoop because they didn't like the feel of the dough 😬 I'll definitely be making these thank you for sharing your knowledge with us 😊 God bless 🙏🏽
This puff-puff recipe is a gift that keeps giving. I tried it out and it turned out so great. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe with us. 3 gbosa for Kiki🎉🎉🎉
Ola Kiki. Let me tell you... I couldn't wait for your reply regarding the milk powder, so this is what i did. I substituted the whole water amount to full cream milk, and then in place of the powder milk, I added nothing and still came out wonderfully tasty. Confession, I burned them a bit, and i couldn't squeeze my hand enough to make the same size puff puff as yours, mine came out double the size but the most important thing is that, it cooked well on the inside, i was worried 😢 Overall Kiki, im super happy with the outcome, im sure I'll do better next time as I'm definitely making puff puff again. Thank you. 🎉
Thanks for sharing this recipe- I just tried it and my puff puff was excellent. Not running, and the inner part was dry after frying. Best puff puff recipe I have ever seen.❤❤❤
Yeah I tried your recipe & guess what Kikie? It came out so nice & yummy. My kids can’t get enough of this puff. N:B my 1st time ever making puff. Thanks for this recipe❤
Hi Kiki. Can I use fresh milk instead of powder milk? If yes, what would be the quantity? I can't wait to try. I'm not sure I'll win squeezing through my fingers, but I'll try 😅 Thank you in advance, sweetie.
Nice video. My question is what type of pot did you use in frying? Does it’s have to be stainless steel? I find that the pots I use for mine takes a long time to heat up and takes longer to fry making the puff puff take in too much oil.
Does it have a breadlike texture? I’ve been trying to get my puff puff to have a doughnut or breadlike texture but still have that chewy puff puff feel.
Thanks for this video, lovely as always. I love soft puffpuff, but I noticed that they lose their shape just before I finish frying. I normally make like 3kg flour of puffpuff at once. Any tips? Thank you.
Firstly, as someone who has enjoyed making puff puff for years, I will say check your oil. Your oil should be deep and not shallow. If you are using a wide frying pan with shallow oil, the puff puff may end up taking a flat shape but a deep pan gives room for the puff puff to rise and gives it a round shape. Secondly, make sure your puff puff isn't too soft as it may lose its shape when in the oil of it's too soft. I hope I have helped a little.
Can I use a baking measuring cup to pour the dough into the oil?Can you please suggest easy ways for beginners to make sure that they pour a consistent amount of dough and also that it remains round?
In fact you're not just a chef you're also a great teacher. Well detailed and nice video. Please concerning the all purpose floor is there any better brand because the one I used didn't rise well because of it I got few puff puff? Thanks for sharing.
Your recipe is God sent😍😍😍I made my puff puff with your recipe yesterday and no!!!!!it was tewww good😍😍😍😍 Thank you for giving the best recipe. It is a 10/10 minus nothing
I did this , put my recipe inside a oven and it got baked instead of rising. Is there something I didn't do well. Also, can the recipe be covered and left for 45minutes without putting it inside an oven. Would it also rise
