I will definitely try using the first method the next time I make PUFF PUFF. Adding lemon zest it's a no brainer. I can imagine how amazing it taste and smells. ❤❤❤❤❤

Pls what’s the difference between Apf and self raising flour?! Will I still need yeast with self raising flour?

The difference between apf and self rising flour is that with the self rising flour, you don't need to add yeast or baking powder as it already contains baking powder and salt so NO.

Yes! I just tired it and it works. Use 4cups of self rising flour to 2 cups of luke warm water, 1 tspn of nutmeg, 1 cup of sugar and Don't add salt because the self rising flour already contains salt. Let me know how it turns out.
