You design and solder very well and beautifully. The only thing that has crossed my mind is what do you click on the dotted lines that you put next, which becomes grand?

Is there any already made product that we can directly buy? Seen lots of speed controlers online but none for a 4 pin fan.

Can you explain to me something that's unclear: Are the parts to be assembled included with the PCB order, or do they have to be sourced separately?

Where did you get the 2510-4p connector? Im trying to find some with the same type of off centered connection indexer, but they all have it right in the middle.

It would be more useful if the fan speed was controlled by a thermistor in place of the potentiometer. Unfortunately the 555 circuit shown will have a variable frequency if you use a thermistor to set the PWM that the fan needs. You would need 2 to get a fixed frequency PWM controller.

PC fans generally use 5V PWM signals .. this design looks to be utilizing 12V PWM signal which will likely burn out normal PC fans PWM input

I'm a noob but, is this controller automatically knows where to stop? I want to make this controller to power a fan with a max capable of 3000RPM, with this controller spining the potentiometer at max I will get 3000RPM or more than that making the fan gets broke?
