i don't think so. Your lines are so over rated. poor worker's safety measures and environmental risk are taken for granted. what more for the quality of the product. Poor quality of steel from melted tin cans and other scraps is not recommended by the experienced engineers and architects

This production is quite a lot better compared to others I've seen from that region. A bottom tapping ladle and a continous casting strand? Never thought I would see that in such a small operation around there. Safety equipment is of course lacking (as always) and I'd avoid tapping that much slag from the furnace. Otherwise, good job!

it's a general thing where workers are abused even elsewhere in the world. I assume they are worried the workers will protest and do damage to the facility or prevent them from stealing equipment; which can be avoided by paying workers well and creating a safe working environment@@skillspanda2.0

как то я иначе конверторное производство представляла ... интересный сплав получается Х тачек круглых деталей + У тачек дырявх дисков + 2Х тачек неопознанных обломков и пара мешкоков с белым порошком/.... разве в арматуру не используется черный металл определенных марок? куда смотрит профсоюз ? где инженер по ТБ на участке предварительной плавки? так и не поняла от чего поднимается первые 2 котла

I must admit, watching other countries' manufacturing work makes Americans look weak. In the US all of that heavy hauling would be machine assisted. Kudos to the hard workers. And the level of recycling and reuse is embarrassing to the US.

Ok to be fair part of the reason the US doesn't do as much recycling is because quality matters much more. They have no idea what is going into their rebar. Stainless steel alone has several grades, then there's cast iron, wrought iron, mild steel, etc. In this shop it all goes in the same hole. If the concrete building this rebar goes in falls down, who is responsible? Nobody, because there are no safety laws or regulations. In the US we have specific scrap yards that actually check what the metals are made of, then melt them down at a dedicated facility, along with cleaning agents, to make raw bars for manufacturers to buy. There is plenty of metal recycling in the US, it's just not done this way
