How to Make Rhinestone Wristlets 

I've done a couple of RU-vid Lives recently where I made rhinestone wristlets, but I wanted to do a more in-depth tutorial on them. In the video, I used two types of webbing: cotton and nylon. I love how the nylon webbing works and looks, but I have seen that some people feel that the cotton webbing will hold the stones better long term. Whichever you choose, the process is the same.
