On this episode of Snack Back: Rice Crispy Treat Cereal
RECIPE BELOW
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of mini marshmallows
- 1 box of rice crispy cereal
- 1 cup of powder sugar
Step 1
Melt the butter on medium heat, then add the vanilla extract
Step 2
Add the marshmallows and mix until they melt completely
Step 3
Add the rice crispy cereal and mix until the marshmallows have totally combined with the cereal
Step 4
Add the mix to on top of parchment paper and spread it out evenly. Add another piece of parchment paper on top and continue smoothing it out until it becomes 1/4 of an inch thick. Put it in the fridge to cool.
Step 5
Take off the first layer of parchment paper. Using a pizza roller, cut the treats into small squares
Step 6
Break up all the rice crispy treats and put them into the empty cereal bag
Step 7
Add a cup of powder sugar to the bag and mix it all together until the pieces are evenly coated.
Step 8
Add them to a bowl with milk and enjoy.
