Yes ethanol is actually the best for this production, i use methanol bcos of the unavailability of ethanol. Yes u can use tea tree or any other fragrance oil bcos tea tree is basically for skin care products bcos of it skin enhancing property.

No pls, you can only use the type of alcohol that is not harmful on the skin.

For 100ml of deodorant, use 40 to 45 % of lpa as the base of the of the production. If u are making up to 300ml of it, then multiply the Ingredients or chemical s by 3

How do you get the bottles or you can use old ones. If the latter is the case, how to you remove the ball in the first place?

Thanks for engaging sir. The bottles can be gotten from the chemicals market. And incase you're using the old bottle, put a flat object between the ball & the bottle edge, lift it to remove the ball holder, then wash properly and sanitize before use.
