I'm so happy to see 2 of my favorite youtubers collaborating. Brambleberry has been so informative, kind, and caring. I've been using them since 2010ish, when I was diagnosed with lymphoma and couldn't use my bath and body works products during chemo. So I started making my own soap. Seeing the soap queen always made me smile, and seeing that Tara, another favorite person of mine is now working with them, it really put a huge smile on my face. She deserves it. ♡
I made this wonderful face mask last night and may I say...BRAVO TARA!!!! I did not leave it on overnight, just 15 minutes and my face has never felt so soft! I can't even feel my usual textured skin. That's how soft it feels. Goodbye Slugging!!

hello! If you don't like the scent of rose water, in its place can you just add water or another water soluble liquid in its place (same amounts?)? Looks wonderful!
@@TaraLeee I know this question is off topic, here goes! What is the proper way to dissolve Hydroquinone powder please? It doesn’t dissolve in water. I tried Propandiol and it worked. On Lab Alley’s site, it also said one can use Ethol Alcohol (denatured) which is food grade and Methanol. Thank You even if you don’t have an answer. 🌹

Hi Tara, something very important about these masks I wanted to address. I made the mask exactly as you stated. I didn't add the sodium hydroxide to it yet & I tried the mask & my face started burning. Do you think it's due to not adding the lye? I read that a low ph in skin can cause burning, inflammation, & skin irritation. Do you think the lye will solve the burning sensation?

Thanks so much taralee, I made this beautiful gel mask yesterday and when I applied,it was somehow hot on my face and later cool to normal, the pH was 5 so can you tell me why I felt that hotness or that tingling sensation or is it normal?
