Hi, I'm new here in your YT channel. You're roti canai looks perfect! I'm from the Philippines. I want to make roti canai for my children. May I know how long do you knead the dough and how long do you proof it after kneading? Hope you can teach me.🙏💖
Hello, thank you for watching ❤ for kneading time, it actually depends on the technique of kneading. For instance i would mix and wallop it until it soft, which would take approximately around 20 mins. For proofing, first divide the dough into small spherical pieces, then leave it for around 7 hours.

Hi love your roti canai recipe very much. Delicious! Just want to ask the dough how long can I keep inside the Refrigerator or freezer before bake. So that I can bake n eat anytime. Don’t have to wait for 6~7 hour for the dough proofing.thank you.

Ye biasa lah. Saya masih ingt smpai skrg seorg Dr kat private hospital kata,mkn ice cream bleh kurangkan stress, tp org msia goreng plak ape ke bodoh dia kata, dia msuk minyak lg dlm ice cream😅

Roti canai kalau uli keras sikit, susah tebar tp roti makin lembut, kalau lembik, roti jadi keras sikit dan kurang lembut. So adjust sendiri air tu, itu petua dia
Hi Auntie, I like the technique of how you fold the dough. It looks exactly like the fluffy ones that I used to buy in Singapore. I will definitely try your technique but may I ask what's the 1 Tablespoon ingredient you put that looks like flour? Is that a cornstarch? Thanks :) Ah sorry, just played it again & figured out that it's actually powdered milk :)
