Thank you so much for such a detailed video. I saw so many videos showing it being done in 2-3 mins I kept wondering why I take 10 mins I must be doing something wrong. Really appreciate you showing the real timing.
Is it true, #Chapati dough is a bit more wet than say, a #BreadDough? And therefore a lot more difficult to knead by hand? I also need to understand why everyone is concerned about elevated temperature in food processing? Does a processor really create enough heat to kill yeast?
After 8:08 take out the dough and divide it . Put the first half once again and start and repeat again with the second half. This is because after it becomes gluten it is difficult for the entire dough to move as it remains stuck. So when you remove and do the above mentioned steps it is quite quicker. 2nd option is to put less flour to begin with like 1 and half cup flour so it perfectly moves and doesnt get stuck
Well I am not that keen to make roti atta in food processor unless you food processor have high voltage as a mixed dough machine otherwise low voltage have to run less than a minute then stop otherwise the motor be burn in the food processor that’s my view thank you for sharing blessings 🙏🏽🙏🏽🇬🇧
My recommendations...1. Do not add three cups of flour and it's too much for its size and load. 2. you no need stop to add water. You can add water little by little while running itself. 3. before you start doing it add oil sugar salt and etc 4. No need to talk so much it's a very simple and easy job and we can finish all in a min. That's where we use machine otherwise we can use hand and finish.
